Our next Den meeting is Oct 2, most likely at the standard place, First Methodist Church, at 6:30. We need to finish up Citizen. There are some steps tasks you need to complete at home.

At the last pack meeting, Brian Coulter and Matthew Fearing were awarded the Outdoor Activity Award - extra tasks ontop of the Outdoorsman activity. If you went to Boxwell and did the Outdoorman Activity, you allmost have it ( Justin, Sean,Spencer , James.) We are working on Outdoorsman in our Den mtgs so, everyone else can earn this award too. File with required steps is attached.
We have been invited to a campout with Boy Scout troup 158 at the area camporee. So other troops should be there, and they are sure to have lots of neat activities. Oct 17-19. Camp Arrowhead. Won't be hot this time.
Fall Campfire Hayride outting will be Oct 24th ( Friday) at the Russell's House. Directions and map sent to you via email already
Wreath sales- we got our marching orders last Thursday. Please get out and sell some wreathes. It is requested that each scout sell 6. Wear your uniform - it will help sales. Money is due Oct 24th at our Fall Campfire outting. You can give me your money before that if you want. The cut off is the 24th though, so if you are late, you will need to return the $ to your customers. Wreath flyer and form is attached. Put your money in an envelope, with your name, Den6, # of wreathes and hangers sold, total $ money collected. There will be prizes for the top 3 sellers. last year this fund raiser provided $1400 for our various activities. Wreathes available the week before thanksgiving for you to deliver. Price is $20 each and $1.75 for a hanger.
